Please note that the Coffee Hive Card issued by the Coffee Hive Pte. Ltd. , is a prepaid card with stored value, and this Agreement sets out the terms of use for the Coffee Hive Card.


Users are advised to read the following Terms of Use Agreement that apply to your prepaid Coffee Hive Card with stored value.
In the unlikely event that our POS machine experiences technical issues, usage of Coffee Hive Card may be unavailable.


Coffee Hive Card Terms of Use Agreement


  • The Coffee Hive Card is issued by Coffee Hive Pte. Ltd. You are allowed to load a monetary value on the Coffee Hive Card for future purchases only in Singapore.
  • The Coffee Hive Card may be used at selected participating Coffee Hive outlets.
  • The Coffee Hive Card cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed unless you have registered it and reported the loss on our website You may register your Coffee Hive Card at to protect your balance and enjoy exclusive member rewards. Each member can only register one card.
  • No credit card, credit line, overdraft protection or deposit account is associated with Coffee Hive Card.
  • We reserve the right not to accept your Coffee Hive Card if we believe that the use of the card is unauthorized or unlawful.
  • The value you top up in the Coffee Hive Card cannot be exchanged for cash or credit balance except as provided in this Agreement.


  • A new Coffee Hive Card can be purchased at $2. The minimum top-up value is S$10. All top-ups must be done in cash.
  • You may protect the balance in your card and enjoy more rewards by registering as a member at Promotions are only applicable for registered members upon registration of the Coffee Hive Card:
  • 1. Birthday treat on your birthday month.
    2. S$1 will be credited to your card for every S$10 top-up.
    3. Exclusive members' events and rewards are offered from time to time.
  • In order to enjoy your Coffee Hive Card Rewards, the payment must be made with Coffee Hive Card, and the rewards are not valid with other promotions.


  • You can purchase and top up the Coffee Hive Card at selected participating Coffee Hive outlets. You may store maximum value of S$300 in each Coffee Hive Card at any time, and you may top up a minimum S$10 each time, or you may choose to top up S$20 or S$50, cash only. Coffee Hive reserves the right to change the maximum and minimum amount to top up without any prior notice.
  • Your Coffee Hive Card will expire two years after the last date of transaction. Once you block your card, you have to replace it with a new Coffee Hive Card within three months, else the card/value will expire.


  • You will not receive the statement of transactions from us. You can check the balance of Coffee Hive Card at our website as well as your last 20 transactions.
  • A receipt will be issued to you when you make purchase at our outlets, and it will indicate that the purchase was made by Coffee Hive Card and will show the remaining balance on your Coffee Hive Card.
  • Your Coffee Hive Card balance and rewards can be transferred to another card when your card is lost, or if you would like to use another design of Coffee Hive Card.
  • You must block your old card before you can transfer your credit. Your card balance can only be transferred to another unregistered Coffee Hive Card.
  • Coffee Hive reserves the right to correct the balance of your Coffee Hive Card if we find an accounting error had occurred. If you have any questions regarding your transaction, please contact us by e-mail Please note that, queries about transactions must be made within 60 days, based on the date of transaction.


  • If your Coffee Hive Card is lost, stolen or destroyed, you should block your account at our website immediately. You need to click "Coffee Hive Card", sign in and find "Block Your Card" to deactivate your card. In the event when your card is found,¬† you need to inform us via e-mail ( within 3 months from the blocked date to reactivate the card. Alternatively, you may transfer your lost card balance to a new Coffee Hive Card within three months from your blocked date. Your balance will be forfeited if no further action is taken from you 3 months after your blocked date.
  • Once the card has been replaced, it is irreversible.


  • Refunds are not allowed. All value in the Coffee Hive Card is to be expended.


  • We may automatically collect online use information when you visit our website. If you have registered as a member and agreed to receive e-mail, SMS/Whatsapp or similar messaging applications from us, we may use your information to send you our marketing promotions and exclusive member events; for better understanding of our members, we may use the information to do the data analysis, research and customer service improvement.
  • We take responsibility to secure your personal information, however, we may share it in limited ways with our parent company, promotion cooperative partners and card service providers.


  • We may add, amend or delete in whole or in any part of our Terms and Conditions, rules, benefits or rewards of Coffee Hive Card at any time with or without prior notice. Any addition, amendment or deletion will become effective at the time we post it on our website
  • We may terminate this agreement at any time by giving prior notice. However, prior notice will not be given if immediate termination is required. Eg. Any unauthorized or fraudulent use of Coffee Hive Card.
  • Coffee Hive Pte. Ltd. does not warrant that your Coffee Hive Card will always be accepted at the participating Coffee Hive outlets.
  • Coffee Hive Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you. The company will not be responsible for any delay¬† or mistake made related to your Coffee Hive Card due to any unforeseen circumstances.
